Or if you don't know where it is that you want to go, you can trust them enough to guide you to the right decision based on your own instincts and your own body and your own beliefs.

And then lastly, are you able to put in the work no matter what kind of coach that you hire, that you are committed enough to put in whatever it takes to make this happen. Like they want to work with you and want to connect you with yourself, and not just put all of their theories on you.

Optimizing your mind is where everything begins. A lot of mindfulness and awareness and consciousness building is all talking about being aware of your thoughts, because your thoughts become things, and things become results.

Jealousy is a topic that is plaguing our attention and daily lives if it's not taken care of. No matter where you are in your life, there are chances that you are always in a situation where some emotional jealousy is not what you desire.

Yet jealousy has a personality of actually coming into your life overtaking your attention and not allowing you to be the person that you want to be.

#1 Be incredibly honest and aware

The number one mistake that people make is that when they are actually jealous, they deny that jealousy. And they think that they are too good to be jealous.

So if you're in a situation like that and you are actually jealous, please acknowledge your jealousy. Be honest with yourself and have an awareness that jealousy is what you're feeling and  that it's totally fine.

#2 Identify where in your body jealousy feels

Accept yourself and identify where in your body jealousy feels. Jealousy is an emotion that is very physical and very heavy. It can be in the form of coming into your mind all the time, but it can also allow you to feel a lot in your chest as well.

But some people are different, so identifying where the emotion is in your body allows you to draw attention to the physical effects of emotion, and therefore allowing you to tune in from a physical perspective.

Because emotions actually are quite physical when it comes to strong emotions.

#3 Breathe into Jealousy

When you're using your breath and directing it into an area of congestion, restriction, small or non contraction which is a negative emotion, then you're going to be able to really move that energy through.

What happens when you have negative emotions is that it creates a place of stuckness and congestion in your body. And you want to be able to use your consciousness and your awareness to direct your breath to it, to heal it and allow that to process and be released from your body.

If you hold on to jealousy, you're always gonna be thinking about it and it's gonna control you but you won't control it - so just breathe into it!

#4 Jot down all of the thoughts that are flying through your head

If your head is bombarded by thoughts that are unproductive and destructive, you want to be able to jot them down so they can take it out of your head and onto a piece of paper.

You may also feel ceremonial and want to burn that paper as a symbol of getting rid of those thoughts. But, it's really important for you to acknowledge those thoughts because you can't just push them away or ignore them for not being valid.

Thoughts are your thoughts that came from your brain and you got to respect them. The way that you can do that is by taking them out,looking at them and doing something with them.

#5 Understand your own capabilities and values

Oftentimes when jealousy comes into play, you feel that you are at a lower position than the person who you're jealous of or the person who has this thing that you don't have. But if you are able to own your value and capabilities and be confident and secure in yourself without judgment, it will allow you to take this whole experience and turn it into a learning experience.

In Carol Dweck's mindset book called “Mindset” there are two types of mindset, one is a “fixed mindset” in which you are stubborn and you think of things only in one direction.

And the other mindset is called the “growth mindset”, where someone is always taking things as learning experiences. 

#6 Know what is it that you actually want

This is about how you would rather feel. So if you don't want to feel jealous, what is the opposite for you?

Do you want to feel free and unbothered? Do you want to feel confident in yourself? Do you want to feel free of self judgment do you want to feel secure? What is it that you actually want?

Divert the attention from the negativity of what you actually are consumed by, and turn it into the place of what you actually want.

#7 Imagine your ideal self dealing with a situation

If you aren't able to access this feeling of positivity, or even strengthen them for how to deal with the situation, then bring an ideal version of yourself into your perspective.

You can either invite it or even visualize it to see how your ideal self will deal with the situation. Then you will be able to download that information and insight and see if you can create that right now, because that is a sign of growth as well.

#8 Remind yourself of your ideal self

Always remember that you have access to a version of yourself that does not have to succumb to negativity. 

If you are able to hold on to that thin string of hope and allow yourself to remind yourself all the time, come from the perspective of your ideal self or the person who you want to become. Because that person is someone who will attract a lot of opportunities, be your ideal self so that you can attract your ideal situations in life.

#9 Laugh, smile and just be happy

Happiness fills the void within. Happiness can distract you and be able to fill you up with positivity and allow you to think of many different ways in which you can feel better. That's the purpose of getting rid of jealousy -  so smile and find reasons to be happy!

#10 Fill yourself with love

Be filled with self love, self compassion and self forgiveness as well. Just because you are jealous does not mean that it's gonna last forever. It also doesn't mean that you're alone, but you are responsible to fill yourself up with love.

Make sure to be clear about what makes you feel loved, and then go do it and get it.

Get it in a way that it's not relying on another person, but it's something that you can provide for yourself.

Clingy it is being emotionally dependent on another person to make you feel a certain weight. Whether that is love, happiness, positivity or any of the emotions that you want to feel. Attractive, pretty or just making you feel wanted.

Being clingy is kind of gross and sometimes we were very embarrassed about it. So here’s the 10 must Do’s on how to not be clingy, because why do it if you can avoid it?

#1 Recognize that you are clingy and own it

When you're attaching yourself to someone else, needing that person's attention or when you are starting to feel clingy or feel desperate, own it by recognizing it. Because if you don't own it then you're just gonna start spewing these crawlers to get more attention. You're trying to hide behind this mask of not feeling it, and it just all goes out of hand then you don't know when to stop.

#2 Unpack that clinginess

Once you own it and you recognize that you’re actually feeling clingy, you've got unpack it. Understand what is it actually about, what is it that you actually want,  or what is it that you actually don't like.

The way that you can do this is to draw a big line in the middle of a piece of paper. And in one-column write down everything you don't like about this behavior. Write down all the part of you that you don't like what you're feeling.

#3 Write down the exact opposite of what you want

Write down the exact opposite of what you want and understand if you don't do this you're gonna be stuck in the negative. Right now we want to transform the negative ideas to understand what we actually want. Instead of focusing on what you don't want, you gotta realize that on the opposite side of that there's something that you do actually want. 

Telling yourself what you actually want from that will shift you from that negative vibration into that positive vibration or actually allow you to see that there's another flip side of the coin.

#4 Focusing on what you love about this person

If you're clingy towards someone, instead of asking them or manipulating them in order for them to give you more attention, love or any of what you want, start appreciating them for who they are.

Remember the time when you did actually get the feelings that you want to continue to get from that person, you can start creating memories and work with your memories to make them feel good and how it made you feel good. 

What it does is that instead of making that person feel like trapped and being bombarded by this person that's clinging on to them, they start feeling like they are just being appreciated by that  person. It's more attractive for them to be interested and more likely to respond positively to you.

#5 Communicate clearly what you want

Most of the time when you are clingy, you find all kinds of ways to manipulate the situation by turning it to your favor so that you can get what you want.

Communicate clearly what you want, owning who you are and also appreciating them.

Identify what are the actual biggest fear that you have and why are you clinging. What is the biggest fear that you're having right now, is it that person's gonna run away? is it that you have something really big that you're dealing with? or what's the biggest fear if you're dealing with it on your own? Look into that because there's a lot of darkness there and instead of looking from outside for emotional support, look inside and see how you can support yourself and be dependent on yourself for emotional support in this situation.

#6 Identify the insecurities 'within you'

Identify what are the biggest fear that you have and why are you clinging. look into those elements because there's a lot of darkness there and instead of looking from outside for emotional support

#7 Explore what’s the worst-case scenario

Explore what's the worst that can actually happen. Say you might think that you will have nobody left in this world who cares about you, which could potentially be true or potentially not be true but your brain comes up with all these worst-case scenarios which is typically normal. Because the brain is designed to think about things in some very irrational ways when it comes to emotions. 

So understanding what your thought pattern is, and what the worst case scenario is, frees you in order for you not you want to impose on desperation on a grasping into outside forces for you to feel good.

#8 Ask questions

Ask questions and then own it . If you are able to communicate open and clearly to that person, then you know it's a much better relationship that you're able to be vulnerable and able to own what you're actually feeling.

#9 Understanding that intimacy is all about openness and communication

Open communication, transparent connection and the ability should be vulnerable and supporting each other through these emotional ups and downs of life. If you are able to do that with the person who you're clinging on to, then they're going to be able to help you with this scenario and this habit of clinging.

Because the best thing is that you can move on from this and grow from it and no longer be a clingster or a clingy person so that you can be really awesome.

#10 Be easy on yourself

Be easy on yourself so that you can actually feel it, also relax into and not reject and deny you're clinging self when it comes. Because it is valid and it is a part of you and there is a way to work with it.

Orgasm is one of the biggest sources of energy, especially for women. The biggest challenge is, if you don't get an orgasm and you don't know how to get that correctly, then you are not really hitting the potential that you have in your body and the energy that you have that can give you the natural charm. Because whenever you have that natural flow, you actually have that confidence in your body and in your mind.

The whole journey matters, and the more you can enjoy the journey, the more orgasmic that experience is. Redefining that orgasm to something that is doable in the timeframe that you have.
