The toughest thing is that we're always searching for a perfect answer and the right way of doing things or the right set of actions.

A lot of people believe that orgasm is just a couple of contractions or a series of contractions within a given amount of time. This definition has been actually defined by researchers and scientists in the 50s and the 70s and was largely due to male or orgasms or male climaxes. 

But in a female world, the "perfect" orgasm is different.

In addition to that, a lot of knowledge and a lot of experiences have evolved. To be able to experience a full range of full-body orgasms and different versions of it, you've got to be able to understand what is blocking you.

Blocks come in the form of any thought that makes you feel bad, wrong or depleted.

It is always a good practice to remove any anxiety or worry from your emotional field around your orgasm (I wrote and recorded a bunch of resources here to support you)

For example, if you feel not confident about your body or you feel like you've never done it before in a way that is completely unique or completely satisfying, and let that be a dominant thought, it can distract you from being more relaxed 🙂

Are there medical treatments available for those struggling to orgasm?

Based on an article by Cleveland Clinic:

Medication: Certain medications, such as the antidepressant and smoking cessation drug bupropion (Wellbutrin®), have shown benefits for those living with anorgasmia. In some cases, Viagra® is also prescribed, especially to counter sexual dysfunction in people taking SSRI antidepressants.

Topical Treatments: Custom-blended prescription creams like “Scream Cream” may be recommended. These are applied to the clitoris before a sexual encounter to increase blood flow and potentially enhance sensitivity and orgasm.

Stimulation Devices: The FDA has approved devices like the Intensity™, which stimulates pelvic muscles and provides direct clitoral stimulation, and the Eros, a vacuum device stimulating blood flow to the clitoris.

There are times in life when we all feel stuck, weak and hopeless because of the current situations we are in. Yet, this is the very perfect time where it’s important to talk about how to magnify your purpose and your impact in your day to day work, especially during such a stressful time.

Every channel out there is full of information. Some are overwhelming, stress driving, scary, relieving whatever that is, it's definitely distracting and puts everyone's attention on many different places.

But the most important thing in all of this environment where so much is in the air is that we are grounded and we are centered. Especially when we're here, to work on our purpose and make our impact.

There are times in life when we all feel stuck, weak and hopeless because of the current situations we are in. Yet, this is the very perfect time where it’s important to talk about how to magnify your purpose and your impact in your day to day work, especially during such a stressful time.

1. You have to recognize what it is that makes you feel unhappy or give you a stressful time whether it’s in your work, relationship, health or career, whatever that is for you.

2. If it's in the area of work and purpose and impact, you might be wondering - with all of this changing context and with this day to day influx of information and immediate changes, many pieces of confusion might be happening.

You have to ask yourself, ”What's my role in it?”, “ How do I face my clients or who am I as a leader to show up for these during this Stressful time?”

Instead of allowing yourself to follow the suit of many different people, It's even more important to connect with the part within you. Prioritize how you want to feel during this time and what kind of a leader you are in this time through connecting with your inside, understanding and allowing that inner you to come through on the outside.

Imagine Being Without the Existential Anxiety

3. If you decide that your emergent side of this is going to be stronger, better, more positive and grounded after this event, then it's going to require you to understand what that state feels like. 

A state is a combination of emotions and physical attributes, just like multi-dimensional beingness of who you are. 

If you don't understand that, if you are finding it difficult to connect with that, I highly encourage you to meditate. 

Ask for Guidance in Insight Meditation or Spiritual Meditation

4. Meditate and quiet your mind, reducing the sounds of the distractions of online news so that you can connect with the person within you and understand how to connect with what is inside your unconscious mind or your higher self.

Your work is to let it process so that you can come out of it and remain whole and emerge the next evolution of yourself. 

It might be a small shift in personality or a big shift in the way you show up in the world, It may be a thing that you do that you always wanted to do. It may be a career project that you want to birth forth or having time to see something that you've always wanted to explore. 

So whatever that is, use all of this inspiration and all of these inputs all around you as a way to step forth and take the next step into the future or into the present. 

Because if you're just sitting there and you're not doing anything about it, chances are you're not going to evolve and you're just going to be staying stuck and staying still.

But if you are reading this right now and you're wanting to personally grow from this, then ask yourself, on how can you take advantage of this stressful time to grow inside as well as outside? And how can you become a much better person from this?

That is why it requires meditation so that you can clear out all of outside influences and you can ask for guidance from the inside to show you what that is to get into that state. 

Once you know it, it’s another step to feel it, breathe it and embody it. Once you embody it, then you're already walking around in that state so you don’t need to intellectualize it and have it be something that you have to think and apply, it can be something that already flows through you.

Imagine it just like driving a car, you don't need to think about it like the first time you're driving it and you’re paying attention to so many different things, you can actually fully habit it in your muscles. 

That's why meditation is a powerful way for you to just get things at a much faster level, especially if you connect with your higher self. It can connect and download that information into your knowledge and make that shift much faster.

If you are not familiar with meditation or you're just starting, it will take a little bit of time to get into that state. But don't get discouraged because it is completely worth it, especially if you're doing it as a daily practice. So that you can move forward much more consistently throughout your entire duration, that you decide that you want to maintain and move with this practice.

Take an Action From Your Insight Meditation to Gain Clarity on your Anxiety

5. Once you get that insight from the insight meditation, then it's time to take action. Whenever you get a breakthrough, whenever you get an informed, clear directive or a feeling of what your purpose is and what your impact is, then you need to take a step to put it more concretely into your life.

And that step to show the universe, to show yourself, to show that you are serious about is an action and to take that step once you get that insight from meditation. 

But maybe even if you're getting the insight from just your input of information that you're getting from everywhere, and you are very sure that that's exactly what you need to do next and that's your purpose and that feels like it's on the right path, then take that next step and keep exploring that next step, one after another.

Whatever lights you up and let that energy flow and take advantage of all of this input of information during this period of time, and find that movement and momentum forward so that you can rise above it and not get paralyzed by all the incredible amounts of happenings that are happening in this world today.

Clinginess, well, it's a tricky tango. You adore your partner, striving to be a better girlfriend, yet hormones can lead to that vulnerability.

Suddenly, you find yourself eagerly awaiting attention, more than you'd care to confess! ?

Let's chat about clinginess – relying on someone for specific emotions.

Whether that is love, happiness, positivity, or any of the emotions that you want to feel or just making you feel wanted - it's a delicate dance/

Often times when I notice that I am starting to put more attention on someone and wanting their attention more, I ask myself: What feeling am I feeling and desiring?

When it comes down to it.. 

Being clingy isn't inherently good or bad. While there might be a negative aspect, we can delve into the roots, heal, and get rid of that feeling forever.

Here are 10 must-dos on how to gracefully avoid clinginess. Because why go there when you can navigate it with grace?

Recognize that you are clingy and own it

The first step is, when you're attaching yourself to someone else, needing that person's attention or when you are starting to feel clingy or feel desperate, own it by recognizing it.

Because if you don't own it then you're just gonna start spewing these crawlers to get more attention. You're trying to hide behind this mask of not feeling it, and it just all goes out of hand then you don't know when to stop.

Clinginess, like a shadow, can creep into relationships, dimming the vibrant colors of love.

It's often a dance of insecurities, where fear takes the lead.

Picture clinginess as a sign, not of love, but of a heart yearning for reassurance and validation. Recognizing the signs is the first step to transforming your relationship into a canvas of trust and independence.

It's about embracing your worth, understanding that you're a whole universe in yourself, not just a star in someone else's sky.

Let's explore this path, lined with insights, where each step takes you closer to a relationship illuminated with trust, respect, and genuine connection.

Unpack that clinginess

Let's dive into the second step – once you've acknowledged that clingy feeling, it's time to unpack it.

Picture a big line down the middle of a piece of paper. In one column, jot down everything you don't like about this behavior.

Be honest about the parts of yourself that are giving you a hard time. Let's shine a light on those shadows, shall we?

Write down the exact opposite of what you want

Thirdly, write down the exact opposite of what you want and understand that if you don't do this, you're gonna be stuck in the negative.

For example: I desire to feel secure, worthy and loved (on my own!)

Right now we want to transform the negative ideas to understand what we actually want.

Instead of focusing on what you don't want, realize that on the opposite side of that there's something that you do actually want.

Telling yourself what you actually want will shift you from that negative vibration thought pattern into that positive vibration, or allow you to see that there's another flip side of the coin.  

This simple act shifts you from a negative thought pattern to a positive one, breaking free from the clingy cycle's limiting beliefs.

Focusing on what you love about this person

Fourth, if you're clingy towards someone, instead of asking them or manipulating them in order for them to give you more attention, love or any of what you want, start appreciating them for who they are.

Remember a time where you got the attention or feeling from the person, you can start creating memories and work with your memories remind yourself the good feelings.

For example, sometimes after meeting someone or having an incredible week or time with someone, I often find myself wanting to text them non-stop to keep drawing upon that dopamine or oxytocin hit!

Instead of doing that mindlessly, I take the opportunity to express what is at the bottom of my desire: Grattitude for the time we spent together!

What it does is that instead of making that person feel trapped and being bombarded by this person that's clinging on to them, they start feeling like they are just being appreciated by that person.

Communicate clearly what you want

Five, most of the time when you are clingy, you find all kinds of ways to manipulate the situation by turning it to your favor so that you can get what you want.

Communicate clearly what you want, owning who you are and also appreciating them.

Before doing that, it might be useful to do some meditations to reach a place of peace instead of desperation.

Identify what are the actual biggest fear that you have and why are you clinging.

What is the biggest fear that you're having right now, is it that person's gonna run away? You're going to lose them?

Is it that you're afraid that the anxiety of them not being around or responding would eat you alive?

There are no wrong answers here, pure open curiosity! 

Or what's your biggest fear?

Look into what's at the root of your cling, because there's a lot of information there (even if they may seem dark) and instead of looking from outside for emotional support, look inside and see how you can support yourself and be dependent on yourself for emotional support in this situation.


Explore your deepest fears, for there lies a wealth of information. Instead of seeking external emotional support, turn inward. Be your own pillar of strength in this situation. I find immense joy in helping people uncover the root causes of their patterns.

Identify what are the biggest fear that you have and why are you clinging. Look into those elements because there's a gem in there that when you decode what truly makes you feel desperate or needy, you can provide that assurance from yourself!

Show up with your partner from a place of fullness, not lack.

Seven, ask questions and come from a place of curiosity. If you are able to communicate open and clearly to your person that you feel vulnerable, it creates more intimacy. 

Instead of feeling shame or uncomfortable with the neediness that you feel, someone who cares about you will hold space for you to be honest.
