Whenever you're ready I just want you to peel your butt up a little and have your sit bones flat on the surface that you're on stretching you back by putting your arms above your head like a big teepee with their finger your four fingers pointing straight up to the sky and then move your head backwards ain't neck while having your forefinger straight up to the sky so that you can get that little neck crack stretch while putting your shoulders down
So while having your fluffing goes up lift your chin up your shoulders down and then a head tilted backwards and inhaling as you slowly adjust or not back forwards and then going up to the sky inhaling right there and then releasing your hands with your fingertips pointing towards the sky drawing the biggest circle
Your chest can draw slowly as a moon shaped circle all around you imagine the circle to be a cycle of positive healing energy as you're attracting all of what you need to recover it all around you and then you can close the circle and it slowly goes down while a bag of straight all the way around as you clasp your hands behind your back and stretch that last part - and you can do this however you want you'd also melt to yourself back it's as far as you want take a few deep breaths right here and whatever position you would like you can wiggle your back side to side in a sideways C imagine there's a big plane behind your back and you can wiggle it sideways while keeping your necklace in the same position just kind of wiggle your back toe inside and then the other
If you want to extend that stretch you can always hold your left arm to your right to knee and then lift your right hand up and Bend left words and looking it up as I'm twisting your chin to your right looking backwards breathing in pointing your finger super high and adjusting really sing and pointing your right hand down super low all the time while keeping your shoulders flat and then the same thing on the other side and this time actually you can put your right hand on your right knee reach your left hand are sideways to your weight and then we can even add a little twist to the back if you have a place to hold tight while keeping your spine straight just squeeze it out like a wringing a towel and then have your chin also look all the way to the back left as far as you can to get your neck also in place and then you can sit your arms and lean left all the way down stretch up and all the way as far as you can listen to your body and stretch it out as much as you can
You can also make little tiny adjustments or ever you want just to get that bit of loosening up as you can we can do some vertical look at the cows by rolling your back outwards and their chin downwards and to our super see shape but more like a pea shape like forward pea you can try to draw a forward heart with your chin and then your back is like the spine of the P and you turn you can do that circle and then you can roll your forehead to the center of your chest taking a deep breath in the middle
Take two deep breaths and then push your shoulders down and now just gonna freestyle it in a sense or you just scan your whole body with an invisible scan for any tension that you feel anywhere maybe slept on the spot that's really weird I can scan through your throats if that feels really swollen and just do what you can to release the tension maybe roll your head around my area or if there's any soreness and the hips you can also see if you can reach
That tension and soreness by moving your body around in circles or however you want to can move your arms around your legs around just to reach that tense or tightness and whenever you found it or just find one 10 spot you can breathe into it so concentrate and focus on one of the 10 spots bring them into it a lot of fresh air into that spot if we take a deep other breath into it so you can unlike taking a double breath into it and then as you exhale I want you to concentrate and imagine a gathering of little black and gooey tension it's just flowing from that spot and out your nose into the center of the earth and as it gets bouncing you - translated and absorbed back in so deep breath and that slot again and exhale it come on your your nose all your tailbone back into the center of the earth take about five slow deep breaths in
Deep breath out and they're feeling a whole body relax with it - especially your stomach second breathe in

Whole body relax their dress out forth breath in golden blue and pink sparkly light this time and to have its world throughout your body embracing all the ten slots I'm trying to knock on the tense muscles in the tense areas and the swollen areas to go
Even as you exhale all this time have all of it kiss those spots goodbye while I'll assure nowt the tension down your butt and have a trowel down these beautiful roots that it has found and created in those last words an exhale out last breath in nothing is beautiful then pink blue light and out down your spine relaxing every part of your body has it exits your lower back and just take a couple more breasts like this relaxing your whole body as you do each breath at this time you may find the back of your hands sitting gently on your knees facing upwards you may find that your wrist wants some attention too maybe it doesn't I just kind of notice what your wrists feel like as you continuously take deep breaths just like what we did earlier in and out on your own if you feel like there's tension held in your wrists or ankles you're welcome to give those a gentle gentle stretch as well where your wrists you can hold it and I need a greased facing down and pressing your other hand into it taking a deep breath as you slowly push towards it but be really gentle so you don't over stretch it you can move your fingers as well and they wave form just pay attention to yourself
I stretch it like it's a flower that's opening and closing and your hand are the petals and you can kind of do a little way from your little finger to a top with them and then you can have it in a ball as you continue pressing at the other hand towards your wrists and then you can do the other way as well when you're ready but remember to breathe through this while you're continuing this the other way of course is holding your hand out straight and then pulling on each of the fingers backwards so you also get that palm stretch four finger index finger middle finger ring finger back where it's feeling the whole stretch across your wrist can your palm and the bottom of your fingers to the sections and the very tip and breathing in each time are you thinking it out what leasing your shoulders your waist and your stomach as you do that and then the little finger on the right we want to yawn a little bit if you feel like a yawn is coming on and then you can do the same with the other hand
Fingers to wrist gently pushing onto it and then inhale exhale flower motion opening close hmm you can exhale and then opening your arm straight in front of you giving each finger some attention stretching each finger backwards one breath each same visualization with a light and if you would like and then say visualization with the exhale having everything relaxed and its process and then have it go right through your butt to the center of the earth index finger bone ring finger and little finger and if you'd like to hold and stretch out your legs at this point you may also free feel free to do so you can stretch them out straight ahead or on to the side you can hold your right leg out first hanging it straight pointing your toes and ankles forward like a ballerina and then having heels towards you and holding on to your big toe with two fingers if you can and having your back straight and see slowly fold downwards it's got to make sure that your lower back is protected you're not overdoing it
You're doing it just right just as much as your body needs so breathe in and out while you do this they're breathing in your back and then as far up as you can go and then holding that flat position and can reach forward towards your big toe and slowly fall down feeling the stretch underneath your thigh and to your ankles you can hold your ankle towards your body backwards to the middle of your front body kind of cradling your knee into your body breathing and out
Inhale exhale
Then I using a left hand to cradle your feet you push the right side of your knee down while pulling in your right heel and sitting up super straight so that you get that stretch in your inner thigh outer thigh and a little bit your knee is all breathing in and breathing out roll that breath a lot of breath to go
Around your neck goes well on the out-breath and you can roll your neck around if you want cool so now on the other side let's stretch your leg out and go down and bring downwards towards it telling your big toe or ankles and breathing in and out there along the healing energy to travel all the way from your nose past all the parts that needs to heal or whatever it needs to do all the way to your big toe says the inhale it will travel all the way down through that direction and then as you breathe a little collect anything that needs to heal or need to expel right down the bottom of your butt stretching your bottom thigh and releasing your lower back down those roots into the center of the earth and then whenever you're ready you can also lift your leg up to your body hmm lovingly hugging your leg towards your body does the example you might just want to make some sound as well like you're really relaxed telling your body that it's all right maybe here for you don't worry now stress just gentle kindness peaceful loving attention on you you're totally great you're doing well now you can hold your right hands your ankle and pushing your knee down you do a little twist if you want to push it down further and I just test around and get all the other kinks out great know we can actually come back and see the seated
Position palms facing upwards receiving now the full blast of wellness into body he has now on that your entire body is stretched out you're just a quick scan to make sure everything that has feeling in your body is relaxed or at least has gotten some loving attention from you this morning and if it hasn't yet like certain parts of an ankle or even like tiny bits new toes or fingers or waster anywhere that hasn't gone attention just send sweet love sick hugs cells love imagine you just going in and just giving them with a tight little squeeze of love I'm just letting it know that you're also mindful that they exist within you and give it a little kiss
Energetically with your intention and you can physically also just give you a title of yourself a tight little squeeze it was really relax into it tight see if we take squeeze as tight as you can loving squeeze you can even put your head down into your test is you really really tightly you squeeze yourself in a way that is like telling yourself physically like oh my god I love you so much I'm gonna do it together again you can't even say it out loud but like I love you so much in whatever way that you will tell yourself this as if you're like the person you have like all the people that you've loved accumulated times ten and you never want to let yourself go like that kind of love I'm gonna get a feel your heart expand if you see that to yourself over and over again I'm grading him not gentled and tall soft space within you I'm so pretty and beautiful
I'm just so wonderful within you and you can feel your arms tail gently running your palms down your arms it's kind of trusting yourself and just sending it so much gentle love and strength I'm letting it know that I can do whatever it needs to be well trusting that it's already doing it you can use your thumb to kind of make a little fan-shaped motions as you're the Sun runs across your arm in one spot your favorite spot and going back and forth from that sweet spot and breathing into that sweet caress that you're giving yourself enjoying it
The other side as well the other arm maybe it's here I said are your elbows when was the last time you touched your elbows and the inside of them that little forearm kind of needed out of it like some meetingI meant like some really soft touch and do that just pet yourself down there pretty much and your hands your palms you can also pull your fingers out squeezing your fingers out like you're washing your hands but really in a massage kind of way we want to squeeze your fingers together and then you might want to also bring your palms up to your face and just kind of smile and take a deep breath
Love your palms on your face over your eyes and just take a deep breath of yourself hmm when I want a restriction on your fingers and just kind of enjoy this movement breathing in and as deep as you can you breathe in deeper this beautiful love that you have with yourself can I think to Universal love to you know all the love that's here for you in this world I'm feeling so grateful to be supported under your bum by whatever is under you and then whatever is under that and whatever is under that and under that and under that all the way down you may want to put both of your palms on your heart as you continue this connection and imagine a big imaginary crown open up above your head and see welcoming more of this love that you felt to amplify it like a dial on a TV turning that up and having that full oh and wash through your body like a beautiful gentle symphony of light and water you know how to follow your exhales as well hmm and play with the sounds of the exhale
And as we do this for another few minutes just want you to ask yourself a healing light and also just staying super still as you continue deep breaths in it now you can now put your hands wherever you want can keep them on your chest together if you want or if you already know that spot and that space you can put them on your knees but at this point just sit still and receive whatever it is that you need to receive in order to heal in order to create the best day moving forward whether it's a gentle day or a peaceful day or the energized day or a connective day or a joyful excited full of inspiration kind of day or a courageous day or a full day whatever day it is and you're looking for just hold that in your heart and breathe into that and asking yourself to show you what that beautiful

That filing system to continue into the background to make sure you only in a space of what you need to think of now which there's nothing except for relaxing and connecting with yourself all right now so imagine a Greek golden white light and a ball above your head
This is your essence this is your piece this is your power this is your influence this is your contribution this is your confidence this is who you are what you're meant to be doing here on earth this is your purpose it represents the inside of you why you came here it contains the energy then your medicine body while you're on this earth doing the work it meant to do also not in a big white route to you this is connecting to the center of the earth this is the pathway of which you can let go all those things that don't match if you can see a vibration or patterns of who you really are I say can already start letting go of anything in your system
Right now that does not match what you're here to do courage and the wisdom to do now in around you there's a blue purple flame and this is the flame of protection this is the of Guardian this allows you to stay protected and safe within your space while yourself - really I am

Allow yourself to open up to receive those allow yourself to radiate through your body into the circle about it I was so - lets you could take your next breath in who alien to the world like oh oh that's not radiating within you breathing in and read it into the city when they get it ready and this country

Flow is blocked by negative emotions - especially when they're about someone else, something else, regrets, resentment, hurt, confusion, worry, anxiety, etc that are often times... better left alone - unchanged.
