According to Merriam Webster Dictionary, meditation is defined as “to engage in mental exercise (such as concentration on one's breathing or repetition of a mantra) for the purpose of reaching a heightened level of spiritual awareness”
When you meditate, you are beginning to experience spiritual awareness and spiritual calm. By consciously tuning in to the experience of spiritual awareness you arrive more and more towards achieving a spiritual calm or inner peace.
Meditating is the easiest way to obtain inner peace and it's the most direct way to achieve inner peace.
Meditating is fairly simple and will get you on the path to inner peace.
Importance of Peace
According to Remez Sasson, inner peace is important because "It improves your ability to focus your mind, increases your inner strength and power inner peace eliminates impatience, anger, nervousness, and restlessness."
Inner peace helps you show patience, tolerance and tact, makes you feel centered, grounded and stable.
Being mentally and emotionally calm, helps you sleep better. You gain the ability to be emotionally and mentally unaffected by what people think or say about you.
You gain the ability to eliminate stress, anxieties and worries. Inner peace gives you the freedom to choose to enjoy happiness and bliss. You gain self-mastery and self-discipline. It helps you relax your body and nerves.
Your body is able to go into a deep state of relaxation and activate its natural healing and recovery functions.
Being peaceful enables you not to be swayed by events, hardships, and difficulties, and to maintain inner poise, clear judgment and common sense in stressful situations.
Inner peace eliminates negative, futile and restless thinking. It improves your relationships with other people. It makes life look brighter. It increases creativity.
The benefits of inner peace are endless - and yet it is so difficult to FEEL and EXPERIENCE it, especially in your daily life. Most people resort to distractions including social media, games, food, mindless web surfing and other activities to occupy their minds.
While that works in the short run - it is often a sign of mindlessness instead of mindfulness.
Does Meditation Really Work?
YES! Meditation does work!
Just like exercise - different people need different amounts of exercise to see physical results. Consistency is key - and the challenge is in creating a good habit.

According to Psychology Today, There are many scientific based evidence to suggest that meditation is beneficial to your health and well being.
Meditation can lead to improved immune system and a decrease in pain. Meditation can reduce anxiety, stress, and depression.
It also increases positive emotions and positive energy. Meditation helps you with self control and the ability to regulate your emotions.
Meditation can change your brain, daily meditation will lead to more gray matter in the brain and an enlarged hippocampus. Gray matter contains the nerve cells of the brain called neurons and hippocampus is where emotions and memory are stored. Studies have shown that the more gray matter you have, the higher your IQ is.

Lets get started first let's raise your arms to the top and then breathe in take a deep breath out and then hold your right arm up left to the side of it breathing in
Giving yourself a little bit more space in your body to breathe in and out when you're connecting to your breath then you're connecting to yourself that's when you're able to be more calm and more collected throughout the rest of your days so you're not just jumping in and getting filled up by the busyness of the day
So with your palms facing upwards place them on your knees receiving the day as you breathe in and out deeply throughout the rest of this practice
You may set an intention for whatever you want to receive from within or you can just set an intention of whatever you want to experience throughout this meditation and maybe just be a little bit better than before or just being calm and quiet for the next couple of minutes like 10 to 15 depending on how long we do this we're just breathing in deeply in and out

Your soul star is your power and this is your essence this is what you really are this is the connection to your infinite wisdom your creativity your intuition right above your head connecting to energy and its infinite perspective comfort support

Relaxing your wrist as well breathing into your risks as you view that allow that to go low

Imagine a big long tunnel underneath you it is black it connects the center of the earth as you breathe in any thoughts any tension just let that slide on that big long tunnel into the center of the earth where a thought can be transmuted so you can fill yourself up with my light just let it all go down that tunnel
There is a blue and purple flame all around you like the flame of protection protecting your energies from different thoughts or whatever that's gonna come into your system that's not in alignment with the golden light so it'll just be a guardian for you and can also send anything any thoughts that are disturbing or any thoughts that are in your mind out into the flame or down
the chute so they can slide its way down you don't have to know what the thoughts
are you can just send it whenever you know that it's coming up just send it down or into the fire filling yourself up with only what's pure and what's you place of calm and peace and

Let that spread their face that that's right to your brain waiting into that relaxing your shoulders really into your neck expect keep going deeper and deeper even ask yourself to show yourself what is the best next step and whatever answer comes super simple super easy
