I’ve been alluding to this YOLO concept, but what exactly is it? If you’re unfamiliar The phrase "YOLO" gained popularity in 2012 with the song "The Motto" by Drake. It’s a concept often associated with heavy drinking and a glorified excuse for choosing fun above all else.

I take a less flippant approach to this.

Think about your last few years. How much have you grown as a person? How much more meaning and impact have you had with those around you? Are you happier?

I had a corporate job but I wasn't happy with my life.

I decided to take responsibility and decided that instead of feeling dejected, every time I wanted something more, I was going to capture that on a list.

The list was on Google Docs!

Soon, something magical happened.

Every time I put something in, I looked at what was in there before and I was accomplishing those. This list soon became a list of 133 items and the biggest capturer of everything that has crossed my mind that I want to do.

"Whenever I feel absolutely uninspired, I go back to that list and find something I am excited about and set out to do that.

The list gave me a place to acknowledge how far I’ve come. I didn’t know it at that time, but if I had to pinpoint the single system with most impact that I’ve used in my life to create a ton of breakthroughs, experiences, and get my YOLO Lifestyle and business, this is it!

Knocking Your YOLO Items Off Your List Right Now!

You have no idea how many amazing, ass-kicking people I meet who say, “I don’t want to do everything at once,” or “What if I run out of things?” This is a classic fear of the unknown or fear of success situation.

In one way it’s completely true, right? If you eat all of your M&Ms, you’ll have none left.
