When your boundaries are violated in relationships, with people, in marriage, with men, family, parents, and difficult people - you feel trapped. You could feel anxious, angry, annoyed, negative, obligated, guilty into doing things, manipulated, and the list goes on.

When you have done something that isn't in line with what you truly desire, or that doesn't honor something inside of you.

You might feel very lost.And if that is unprocessed - you might feel negative - resentment, disappointment, and you don't want to be in the same room or interact with the same people any more.

While culturally, this may seem generous, and taking the high road, internally is it very unhealthy and can be destructive.Anyway - tune in. Process this emotion.

Get clear of what you TRULY want... or just be with this. #04: What Do I Really WANT? Meditation - Receiving Power, Acceptance, Integration

Transform negative emotions like stress, burn out, anxiety, doubt, fear or a combination of too-busy-to-process emotions into confidence and genuine CERTAINTY.

You're not alone. Negative emotions, when unprocessed, are like mold - multiplying fast - and affecting many areas of life.
