Let’s begin by saying that our thoughts determine our feelings. What we orchestrate on our minds will eventually affect our emotions. Thoughts and feelings are indeed connected, whether it's bad or good thought we should be able to manage the things that we feed our minds but sometimes, we don’t have control over it because of the situations and surroundings we’re in. Still, recognizing our emotions are important because our thoughts and feelings affect not only each other but also on one’s health, behavior, and relationships.

Our thoughts can be constructive thoughts - the kind of thoughts that actually help us build ourselves, plan ahead, and move forward in a direction that propels you to become a better you.
