There are times in life when we all feel stuck, weak and hopeless because of the current situations we are in. Yet, this is the very perfect time where it’s important to talk about how to magnify your purpose and your impact in your day to day work, especially during such a stressful time.
Every channel out there is full of information. Some are overwhelming, stress driving, scary, relieving whatever that is, it's definitely distracting and puts everyone's attention on many different places.
But the most important thing in all of this environment where so much is in the air is that we are grounded and we are centered. Especially when we're here, to work on our purpose and make our impact.There are times in life when we all feel stuck, weak and hopeless because of the current situations we are in. 3. If you decide that your emergent side of this is going to be stronger, better, more positive and grounded after this event, then it's going to require you to understand what that state feels like.
A state is a combination of emotions and physical attributes, just like multi-dimensional beingness of who you are.
If you don't understand that, if you are finding it difficult to connect with that, I highly encourage you to meditate.

4. Meditate and quiet your mind, reducing the sounds of the distractions of online news so that you can connect with the person within you and understand how to connect with what is inside your unconscious mind or your higher self.
Your work is to let it process so that you can come out of it and remain whole and emerge the next evolution of yourself.
It might be a small shift in personality or a big shift in the way you show up in the world, It may be a thing that you do that you always wanted to do. It may be a career project that you want to birth forth or having time to see something that you've always wanted to explore.
So whatever that is, use all of this inspiration and all of these inputs all around you as a way to step forth and take the next step into the future or into the present.
Because if you're just sitting there and you're not doing anything about it, chances are you're not going to evolve and you're just going to be staying stuck and staying still.
But if you are reading this right now and you're wanting to personally grow from this, then ask yourself, on how can you take advantage of this stressful time to grow inside as well as outside? And how can you become a much better person from this?
That is why it requires meditation so that you can clear out all of outside influences and you can ask for guidance from the inside to show you what that is to get into that state.
Once you know it, it’s another step to feel it, breathe it and embody it. Once you embody it, then you're already walking around in that state so you don’t need to intellectualize it and have it be something that you have to think and apply, it can be something that already flows through you.
Imagine it just like driving a car, you don't need to think about it like the first time you're driving it and you’re paying attention to so many different things, you can actually fully habit it in your muscles.
That's why meditation is a powerful way for you to just get things at a much faster level, especially if you connect with your higher self. It can connect and download that information into your knowledge and make that shift much faster.
If you are not familiar with meditation or you're just starting, it will take a little bit of time to get into that state. But don't get discouraged because it is completely worth it, especially if you're doing it as a daily practice. So that you can move forward much more consistently throughout your entire duration, that you decide that you want to maintain and move with this practice.
Take an Action From Your Insight Meditation to Gain Clarity on your Anxiety
5. Once you get that insight from the insight meditation, then it's time to take action. Whenever you get a breakthrough, whenever you get an informed, clear directive or a feeling of what your purpose is and what your impact is, then you need to take a step to put it more concretely into your life.
And that step to show the universe, to show yourself, to show that you are serious about is an action and to take that step once you get that insight from meditation.
But maybe even if you're getting the insight from just your input of information that you're getting from everywhere, and you are very sure that that's exactly what you need to do next and that's your purpose and that feels like it's on the right path, then take that next step and keep exploring that next step, one after another.
Whatever lights you up and let that energy flow and take advantage of all of this input of information during this period of time, and find that movement and momentum forward so that you can rise above it and not get paralyzed by all the incredible amounts of happenings that are happening in this world today.
These are five different steps that you can reconnect with your impact, reconnect with your purpose, reconnect with your higher self, get some answers and also make a much better stride forward in your work, in your love life.
